Cubase crashes ozone 5 when 'load preset' in clicked

Hi folks,

The subject says it all really. Cubase crashes when I select the ‘load preset’ option on the cubase click down menu for the ozone 5 plugin, not the internal preset option within ozone 5. What do I do?

Hi,

I have the same problem but on Mac. It might actually be an Izotope product issue, because Izotope RX 2 chrashes my Cubase 6 also.
