Cubase Crashing

I’m running Cubase 5.5.3.

Cubase is crashing and giving me “A serious problem has occured…” message. The following is the Error Dump:

What are you seeing when this crashes? Are you in the project window or one of the editors?

Additionally, you might want to try monitoring your VST performance meter (F12) and see if it spikes during the crash.
