Cubase does not transpose chord changes

I am running Cubase 11 Build 321. In the Score editor, I am trying to transpose some parts down one octave. The pitches are correct, but the Chord symbols go off. You can see the before and after screen shots below:

If this helps, looking at the B chord in measure 1 of the “before” file ( the image on the right), if I instead transpose 1/2 step down 12 times, everything is correct up to and including when the chord hits a C. When it has to take the last 1/2 step to get below the C, that is when it goes to G instead of B. As you can see, other chords do not have this problem and remain their original value.
