cubase dongle

I have 2 cubase keys. One i bought with cubase 4 and one I bought with cubase 5. Can I use cubase 4 on on pc with key and cubase 5 on different pc with new key?

If by ‘keys’ you mean dongles, AFAIK yes

Yes, you can even run 4&5 on the system with the 5 key installed.
