Cubase download access code not working

Dear sir,

I purchased cubase pro 12 on 10.09.2022 which order no is 217190111. Accidently my steinberg ID had been deleted, which was registered by my mail idemail removed, since there is no any option to recover old steinberg customer id, so I created new steinberg id with my same email id credentials , after sign up with new id I successfully recovered my all old steinberg hardware( UR RT4) & CUBASE LE but when I try to activate cubase pro 12 with access code on steinberg download assistant,an error occur with the message ‘download access code is already consumed by another user.’

So kindly do needful as soon as possible so that I cud able to use Cubase 12 . I will be highly obliged for this.
