Cubase Element - 3 VST Instruments only, can't do SATB with piano?

Cubase Element has up to 3 VST Instruments only Compare the Versions of Cubase | Steinberg
But EastWest Hollywood Choirs has multiple voices, including SATB.
Does that mean Cubase Element won’t be able to play SATB (assume SATB are four instruments)?

Hi,

In Cubase Elements, you can use up to 24 Instrument tracks + 3 Rack Instruments. Every of them can handle up to 16 MIDI tracks, so you can get up to 189 “voices” with this setup.
