I gave my nephew Cubase Elements 10.5 for Christmas. Right after installation the Software randomly crashes after creating a project. We haven’t installed any plugins or VSTs, it’s just a clean installation with registration using the registration key (soft-e-licenser used).
He uses a Acer Nitro 5 laptop.
We did Windows update and updated all firmwares and drivers but are still facing the random crashes.
Any ideas what might cause this?
