I bought Cubase Elements 11 a year or more ago. Everything was fine.
Now I had to reinstall my comp with new OS. Now, when I download Download Assistant and put my Download Access Code which I got year ago, it says that it is invalid and used by someone other account :(…I do not what to do now, how to install my Cubase again.
Any help is welcome. Thanks
You already used that code, that’s why you can’t use it again.
To get a new activation code follow these steps:
Software/license reactivation (requesting new activation codes) – Steinberg Support
