Hi Guys,
Attempting to install Cubase elements 11 on a Mac book pro for the very first time.
Tried safe mode and disabling 3 rd party plugins with no joy.
Sent 2 email to Steinberg via help page with error printout on December 13th.
Send another yesterday file number # 441927, again with same error message
Any ideas. Oh I completely uninstalled all Steinberg items and re installed…again no joy

Could you attach the *.crash file, please?
Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder or Crash Reports in macOS 10.15 (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Yeah the same thing is happening to me with Cubase elements 11. Im on a mac lap top and I can open the software just fine up until I try to create a new folder for a new project and Cubase just crashes.
If anyone can help thanks!

Cubase 11 is not officially compatible with macOS 10.13 High Sierra. Crash of Cubase is a known issue on this system. Here you can find the main thread about the crash.
Cubase 11.0.30 isn’t officially compatible with macOS 10.13 neither, but it seems, it works. Delete Cubase 11 from Applications folder. Install Cubase 11.0.30 from your Cubase 11.0.30 installer backup, or download the installer here, please.
