Hi! after a few years of not making music i decided to try cubase elements 11 but i cant install it.I am troubled by esoft licenser-i downloaded steinberg assistant and followed online instructions but when i try to activate software via elicenser it seems that i dont have my license in there.I tried everything described in this and others forums but nothing helped.What now?

Do you see the Soft-eLicenser number on the left some of the eLCC application?
Did you get a Download Access Code (in this case use it in your MySteinberg account to get the Activation Code) or the Activation Code?
Do you get any message why it doesn’t work?
