I think the title says it all:
is it possible to copy a channel with all it’s settings, like volume, pan, etc., plus all plugins (and their settings) and paste it to another channel?
Talking about “Cubase Elements 12” here.

You can Save and Load the Track Preset.
So a track preset saves exactly what I need?
Volume and pan setting, and also plugins - also 3rd party plugins + their settings?
Open the MixConsole by pressing F3 or Alt + F3, and right click to copy and paste Channel Settings:
You can also copy settings by clicking the Functions Menu icon to the top right of the Edit Channel Settings window:
This will copy everything including the settings of your Audio Insert plug-ins.
