Hi, I got a donwload access code that was sent to me by e-mail. I downloaded the Steinberg Download Assistant and when I try to Enter the Code in the corresponding box it gives me this message: “The Download Access Code does not have the expected lenght. Please check and try again.”
If anyone can help it would be really useful, thank you!

If the code starts with 0240 then it’s an Activation Code. Enter this to the eLCC application.
If the code starts with other characters, it’s an Download Access Code. Could you double-check which code do you have, please?
It starts with 119E5, so it is a download access Code.
A Download Access Code is a string of alphabetic and numeric characters divided into 5 groups with 5 digits each.
Like: 12ABC-DEFG3-HI4JK-5L67M-8NO99
Is that what you have, or are there actually missing characters?

Thank you, the last string of the code had an extra “7” at the end. I erased it and now it´s working!
