I just bought Cubase elements 15 but it won’t load because it says there are 2 .dll files that can’t be found. I checked all the files in the app and the two stated are there. How do I solve this problem? Or have I just spent £83 for nothing?

I check the files contained in the program and the two files are ther.e I therefore uninstalled it and then re-installed it but the has not fixed the problem
