I have a Cubase Elements 6 and I’d like to update that version to Cubase Elements 8 by downloading it. Elements 6 uses Soft-eLicencer for activation but do I have to buy Steinberg USB key to use & activate Cubase Elements 8 ? Thank you !
Cubase Elements 8 also uses soft e-licenser so updating should not be a problem at all.
CE 8 has its own installer so you can de-install your CE6 if you want but you also can keep the old version for working on old projects.
