Recently purchased UR44 came with Ai elements 8. Paid, downloaded Elements 8 upgrade. it only wants to reload Ai8 over. Extracted Elements 8 from the compressed file, clicked the “start” icon went through the hoops will not upgrade to Elements only Ai8. any ideas? Win7 64 bit Ai runs like a gem.
