Hi everyone,
I am totally new to Cubase. I just got a TASCAM US-4x4 with Cubase Elements 8.
Cubase sees very well the TASCAM unit. I followed the tutorials for configuration and starting recording. I followed the instructions. But, when I start the recording, I get the message the ASIO is not active (I use the French version of Cubase). In Cubase help, I am told that I need to configure ASIO in and out. But it is not clear at all how to do that. How and what do I need to do? There is something that is not clear for a total beginner like me.
Any suggestion (a web page, or something else) would be most appreciated.
