So just upgrade from elements 8…but elements 9.5 can not start / is trying to…load a piece of plugins stuff and then nothing
Actually doesn’t load on eLC // I m in win 7 64bit
Elements 8 is OK…
What can i do to fix it ?

Cubase hangs when loading the UI resources, please make sure Windows 7 is up to date and that the Platform Update is installed (you can download it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805).
