Hello All
Upgraded from elements 8 to 9.5 and have not even used once as I get this issue whenever it starts. the crash happens exactly at the step where it says “Initialising: Content load library 21 of 31”. I have attached a screen shot. Took this screenshot when it was loading at 16.
My Cubase runs on MBK with High Sierra, Mid 2012 model 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5, 16 GB RAM
Any help pointers will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode (trash Cubase preferences), please?

could you share the crash dump, please?
Cant find them either Martin. Not a trace of crash logs relating to Cubase 9.5. On another note, I have Cubase elements 8 also running in the same machine. Could that be a problem?
It shouldn’t be a problem, especially on Mac.
on Mac you can find the crash files in the macOS Console utility.
No, I cannot find any log on Cubase 9.5 in this folder /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
The only one is for Cubase 8 created long ago. Attached that as well just in case.
