Cubase Elements 9 is not under my account

Hi guys,
I bought Cubase Elements 9 under my account, where I have the rest of my SW.
Now I cannot is it there so I cannot redownload it or reactivate it for my new computer.
I have just paypal transaction ID on my mail with some pricing details and email.

How Can I contact support to help me with it?
I cannot reach any email support or phone support on steinberg to help me with it.
Email support is wrong unsecured page in my CHrome and Phone support has in-house training now…

I am quite dissapointed with it. I would like to use my product.

Did you register your Soft-eLicenser using your old computer? Make sure that the eLicenser numbers on your MySteinberg and the eLicenser Control Center on that computer match.
