Cubase Europe support is terrible

14 days thus far waiting for a resolution - no contact with the support team, no messages at all.

Appalling service and I have no choice but to phone their hotline which is open for five seconds in a blue moon or to wait this out.

Steinberg need to sort this out…

Don’t hold your breath. Been this way for as long as I can remember, 4 to 6 weeks on average. It’s why I don’t bother, you’ve got more chance on the forum.

Yes you don’t have to be in a hurry : 1 month of waiting to get the following answer :

Please submit a new ticket and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you email them? I’ve heard this is not an effective way to get a hold of support. I’ve only been able to get assistance through phone.
