Cubase Expression Map doesn't work properly with multiple velocity data on a single pitch

In CSS’s default keyswitch setting, it require midi note F0 and specific velocity to switch between Spiccato, Staccatissimo, Staccato and Sforzato. It works pretty well except one situation: When I playback from the middle of the part, which means I doesn’t start play it before the spiccato articulation trigger but start play it after the spiccato articulation, it will switch to Sforzato which is not I expect.

I’ve experience the bug since Cubase 13. Here is my exp settings. Is there anything wrong with my set up or it’s just a sofrware bug?

Try putting an empty articulation that doesn’t do anything in your first slot.

In default setting CSS also switches between the different short aritculation settings on CC1 data.
Have you already removed the CC1 association for short articulations?

Yes I’ve already removed the CC1 association for that inside my kontakt
