I didn’t have this problem before reinstalling cubase on a fresh SSD. The media bay favs are gone on restart, so are the window positions (cubase always starts up on the wrong window). Also if cubase loses focus all windows disappear. Only when I bring it back in focus it comes back again.
Win 7 x64, Cubase 7.5.4.

I’m just thinking, if the system doesn’t try to “safe” the SSD and forbid to save some data…
After Cubase quit, make sure, the Cubase preferences folder contains all needed files and folders, please.
