Cubase freezes for no apparent reason

I’ve seen this in the past and reported it in Cubase 10/11 Pro GUI locks up for no apparent reason. I was unable to track it down at the time as it was intermittent. Now it’s happening every few hours, forcing me to kill Cubase in the task manager and start the project ag
[Cubase 12.0.0.205 64bit 2022.7.8 0.45.51.141-freezedump.dmp|attachment]. This is Cubase 12 in Win 10. Pretty frustrating

Update to the latest Cubase 12.0.30, please.

The task manager screenshot shows too much “junk” software already.
Anti-virus, password manager, system optimizer and mail manager, we can’t see the rest of the list but I bet there are many more.

Just try to close all of these programs and see if Cubase is more stable.
