I bought Cubase Pro 12 last year, activated it in March, tried to update it tonight and itr got wiped out and my e-licenser trells me I don’t have a license. How do I recover from this? I am really upset, I’ve lost all my work and wanted to work this weekend.
Please take a screenshot of your eLicenser Control Center with the serial numbers hidden, the Steinberg Activation Manager and which upgrade you purchased according to your order confirmation/receipt email.
