HI everyone its been a while…
i was closing a project when i had a BSOD and it seems to have done something to my cubase tracks please see image attached.
ive uninstalled cubase 8. 64bit and reinstalled and updated to 8.40 and its loading with the same problem?
can anyone help me

Hi sorry for the late reply just had this issue again… grrr
and the fix worked again, im guessing a bsod can corrupt a cubase gui file somewhere in (C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg)
Delete Cubase 8/8_64
Remove all Cubase related installs from your apps and features.
IMPORTANT!!! Delete this folder…
(Please save any of your presets somewhere else!! like “Track Presets folder”)
C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg
Also do a clean install of video drivers before reinstalling cubase.
Use DDU from safe mode to clean video drivers for your graphics card and download fresh gpu drivers from related site
Restart computer
Reinstall Cubase
Put “Track Presets” and any other presets back to " C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg "
Enjoy Cubase again
