Cubase hangs for 5 minutes upon opening projects

Cubase hangs for 5 minutes upon opening projects while ASIO meter is maxed into red, than after 5 minutes goes to normal (around 20%)

Could you try to start in Cubase Safe Start Mode and start without plug-ins, please?
