Cubase IC Pro - Assistance requested

Hi: I use Cubase 15 Pro on a Windows 11 64 bit system. My PC is an MSI Codex R-12TC. I purchased Cubase IC Pro on my Google Pixel Pro 9. I have Bonjour on my computer and I have checked and it is allowed to work in the Windows firewall. I have Malwarebytes as my security system. I have not yet done anything in Malwarebytes and I’m not sure I need to, but possibly? My ethernet cable is attached, but the Ethernet driver is disabled so my wifi is operable. I have looked in Studio Setup and cannot find anything saying SKI Steinberg Remote. I can see Generic Remote. I have added that device to my setup since it’s the only remote that makes any kind of possible sense. HOWEVER, Cubase IP Pro is not recognizing my computer and is not connecting with my computer. Cubase IC Pro asks me for my IP address. I have tried both the IP address for the computer and the one provided for iP4 in System/Properties. Cubase IC Pro tells me the “No host found”. I cannot find a manual to help. The instructions provided with Cubase IC Pro are lacking. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. I would like to be able to start recording and stop recording using Cubase IC Pro to help the studio workflow. Thank you.

You need to download and install ski. If it’s not in download manager you can find it in downloads on the steinberg main website.

Go to this page on the Steinberg website: SKI Remote

Thank you.

Thanks very much.
