Cubase IC Pro - Track Selection should follow

HI all, maybe I did not find how so tell me.

With 200 tracks projects (Audio post) it’s not reasonable to scroll horizontally in IC pro to find the desired track to write automation.

Track selection in Nuendo/Cubase should follow in IC Pro.

Also full height mixer should be available

Hi @Vincent_Cardinal ,
I’m I wrong or I can’t even selecting a single track by touching’ it on iPad monitor? Avid eucon does it but I install ed it tonight and - even if I stil have to full test it - it seems way better than ICpro…

Hi @arfo1962

The key commands preset pages include buttons to navigate through tracks and events.

You may check this unbiased review to learn more about the workflow concept of Cubase iC Pro:

Hope that helps.

HI Lars,
maybe I sounded a bit polemical but I’ve been using ICPro for years now, and I still do as I find it useful, anyway, but I also watched another, more recent, video from Lanewood Studios, where I knew about Avid free controller and was surprised about how many things it can do on Cubase…
Maybe I wrote to quickly but I couldn’t notice that ICPro is a Steinberg, payed, app and it lacks some very important functions, one is selecting a track by touching it on iPad… And as far as I know Avid can also work on equalization and other…

What I miss the most, for the truth, is a Steinberg dedicate hardware controller for Cubase (that I’ve been using since the ‘Atari days’…, and I still have a hard time understanding why Steinberg suspended CC121 that I unfortunately couldn’t buy when it was avalaible…

@LSlowak

I’ve watched that video before buying the app, it’s great But:

It does not change the fact that when selecting a track in Cubendo, selection SHOULD follow in IC Pro. I don’t want to use a keycommand to find anything, It just has to do it by default.
