Cubase is cutting out the first note when midi recording.

I’ve tried increasing the midi catch range. I’ve tried adjusting the buffer size. I’ve tried resetting the preferences. I’ve tried delaying my response to the recording start. Also the first couple of ticks are readjusting the notes. When giving me advice please bare in mind that I am a 20 year user of Cubase.

Try to increase the Preferences > MIDI > Extend Playback Range of Notes that Start before the Part, please.

Thank you, Mr. Jirsak. I tried at 8 ticks all the way to 40 ticks the note is still cutting out. Are there any other settings that I can try in tandem with the one that you suggested to try to fix this. Regards
