No, it is not, as far as I have ever seen or heard.

The cause of the problem might possibly lie in an adjustment having been made, and activation thereof, of the Input Transformer. Have you had a look at that?

Hi Steve,

Thank you for your response. I have looked at the input transformer and it is set to none at the moment. Now my already recorded tracks are transposing themselves. I wonder if anyone else is wrestling with this. Thank you.

I had something like that a while back, my synth was being played back a half step sharp. It resolved after multiple reboots, has not returned, and I have no idea what caused it

If you have set the track to follow the Chord Track then Cubase would automatically change pitches in midi parts.

Other reasons for a wrong pitch:
Midi Parts have a transpose setting in the Info Line.
Midi Parts can be enabled to follow the global transpose (root key, transpose track).
Midi Modifier is active on the track, either with its transpose setting or with randomization.
