Cubase keeps crashing during Greg's live youtube streams

last 3 live streams I watched on youtube by our good tutor Greg, his cubase crashed due to elicenser issues.
today same thing happened.
why is this elicenser crashing issue keeps happening to so many cubase users?

btw, Thank you Greg for all the great live streams you do, your’e the best!

Hi,

The USB-eLicenser could be old. I would recommend to update the eLCC application. If it’s still crashing, I would recommend to install an older 32-bit eLCC application.
