There’s a setting somewhere that I know I must have deactivated once upon a time to prevent this. If Cubase “thinks” the tempo is wrong, or I recorded an event at a different tempo than the project is currently set to, it stretches everything to the tempo it thinks is correct.
Recently I had to delete stuff in the Cubase folder in AppData to reset the crash on exit behavior. And now even replacing the preferences, defaults, etc. with my old backup isn’t reverting this behavior to what it should be. I can’t find the setting to change this. Would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks
