Cubase LE 10 New setup ...no sound

Just installed Cubase LE 10 on my Windows 10 PC. I can’t get any sound out of my speakers. Using built in sound card. No external in or out device. Should I be able to get sound from my generic sound card? (My speakers work fine with other apps) How would I set it up so it uses my sound card?

I would recommend to use ASIO4ALL as a virtual ASIO driver.
