"Cubase LE 10 Update" reactivation failure

Dear Forum Users,

Please advise me. How to re-activate “LE 10 Update” if this soft just disappeared from my account during the re-activation and its old Activation Code does not work? I logged into the correct MySteinberg account, there’s no Download Access Code for this update and Support is not responding.

And the “Cubase LE 10 Update” is a product that is sold in the Steinberg Shop. This is not a free update.
