Cubase LE 10 & Zoom U-22 No Sound from Input Channels

Hi,
I have been unable to monitor my input channels. I have an electric guitar plugged directly into the Hi-Z of a Zoom U-22 interface and use headphones for monitoring which are also plugged into the U-22. I can see on the screen that a signal is being received by cubase because the meters on the input channels are responding to playing the guitar, but no matter what I try I cannot hear to monitor these channels. If I arm a Track and then record, I can playback the recording and I can hear that.
I need to be able to monitor my inputs, but cannot find a way to do this.
I’m using the Zoom U-22 ASIO driver for Audio connections and Studio Setup>VST Audio System
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated,
Nick.

Hi,

Enable the Monitor button while recording. Disable the Monitor button while play the project back, please.

Yes, I have done that. My apologies, I should have pointed out that I want to monitor FROM the Cubase software, NOT the Direct Monitor function of the U-22.

Thank you again,
Nick.

Hi,

Could you try to increase your Audio Device buffer size, please?
