Cubase LE (2.8.2) upgraded to the full version IAP transfer

Hi again. I have Cubase LE (2.8.2) upgraded to the full version. Is there way to transfer IAP to Cubasis 3. I tried opening Cubasis 2 LE on the shop page and restore purchases in Cubasis 3 but it doesn’t work.
