Cubase LE 4 Reactivation Issues

I have reinstalled Cubase LE 4 on to a new computer running Windows 7 (x64) but I’m having trouble reactivating.

When I select ‘reactivate’ under the my products page it says “There is no Soft-eLicenser to reactivate.”

Please help.
