Sirs: I did a Full factory restore to my PC and need to reactivate my Cubase LE7; have tried contacting Steinberg for them to issue it unsuccessfully. Cant find a contact link to use. Please advise how to get a new activation code.

Did you use the process for reactivation in the FAQ at the top of this forum?
