Dear everyone
2 weeks ago I bought a Yamaha MX49 synthesizer with the accompanying Plug in-software. Now I followed every step in order to install the software correctly on my Windows 8 computer, but still every time I try to open Cubase LE AI Elements 6 64bit, there appears a pop-up saying ‘No valid license found. The program will quit now’. But the thing is I really actived all my licenses on the eLicense Control Center (containing the following licenses: Prologue (Steinberg, SeL) and YC-3B (Steinberg, SeL) and off course I actived the Cubase itself also already online on steinberg.net.
I made sure I installed the most recent version of both the eLicenser Control Center and Cubase itself, but still it won’t open.
Can someone please help? I was really looking forward to start producing with my new synth and the accompanying software.
