Cubase LE AI Elements 9.5 transport control from Oxygen25

Hi

I have Cubase LE AI Elements 9.5.30 (64-bit) on Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit).
I have M-Audio Oxygen25(IV).
Newbie.

On the Oxygen25 the MIDI for keys, pitch and mod work fine but I can’t get the transport control and other features to work.

I’ve installed M-Audio’s ‘DirectLink for Cubase 1_1_6’ driver.
I’ve moved the installed DLL’s from
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 5\Components
to
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase LE AI Elements 9.5\Components
…as recommended by M-Audio.

I’ve added M-Audio Oxygen in StudioSetup/RemoteDevices and set MididInput to ‘All MIDI Inputs’.

Am I missing something?

Hi and welcome,

I don’t know, if the DirectLink is still compatible. In any case, I wouldn’t set All MIDI Inputs, but I would recommend to set the dedicated MIDI Port as an Input. Probably something like M-Audio DirectLink.
