hey I have cubase le ai elements 10.5 which I think don’t comes with all the plugins and I want to know how I can get them plus I won’t to get 11 pro but I can’t find cubase le ai elements 10.5 on the discount side can anybody help me with what to chose so that I can get a discount when buying 11pro any help out there

The only way is to upgrade to Cubase Pro. You cannot upgrade just the plug-ins.
First, you have to know the exact license, you own. You will find it in the eLicenser Control Center application. Once you know the license, you can search for the exact upgrade for you.
