@Matthias_Quellmann I am unable to access cubase ai 11. The product is registered to my account, yet it no longer works for me. From what I have gathered, I have to request an upgrade here in order to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
@nicola_fulci @HowdyDoodle I have placed new Cubase AI licenses in your accounts. You can just install Cubase AI from the Steinberg Download Assistant. Enjoy!

Hi @Matthias_Quellmann @Ed_Doll, I’ve just purchased the upgrade to Elements 14. I was hoping it would upgrade from AI11, but unfortunately, I get a message saying I don’t have the license I wanted to upgrade from. Can you please unlock AI14 it for me?

Hi Matthias, I would like to continue using Cubase now that the license changed. I haven’t been using Cubase lately so I’m just now finding out about this. I had Cubase AI 11 I think. Last time I used it I was using a different hardware (Allen & Heath mixer). Now I’m using Steinberg UR22. Not sure if that’s important. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks in advance. Larva

I haven’t been using my Steinberg UR12 for about 4 years, and now I’ve connected it to a new PC. Steinberg download assistant indicates that only Cubase AI 11 is availabe - is it possible to get a new version of Cubase AI, which is 14 now?
