Hello, I have Cubase AI 11 registered in mySteinberg. When I run the Download Assistant, Cubase AI 15 appears under “My Products”, but I don’t have a license for it in the Activation Manager. I would like to request a license for Cubase AI 15. Could someone please assist me?

Hi @Ed_Doll @Matthias_Quellmann , I just opened a case to Steinberg Support because I did not transfered my eLicenser Activation Codes to new system, so now Cubase AI license is on the old eLicenser system without USB and I cannot recover/activate the product on my new computer anymore.

However, for the producto Basic FX Suite, there was coupon to redeem in my account, why not Cubase AI? I bought it with the URC22C.

I appreciate if you can help me to recover the licenses, if it is nor possible, is the Service Support the correct way to solve this?

I have a registered Cubase Le 10.5 license on my Steinberg account (from my UR44 interface).

Since the eLicenser system has been discontinued, I would like to ask if it is possible to receive an update to a newer Cubase Al version (e.g. Al 12 or Al 14), so I can continue using the software with the current Steinberg Licensing system.

Hello @Ed_Doll @Matthias_Quellmann I have CUBASE LE5 that comes with my product, but i did not knew about the end of service. How do i register my cubase from now on? I can send photos of my disc by the way.

My PC with Windows 10 crashed a few month ago et I had to reinstall Windows 10

But Steinberg refuses to reinstall Cubase element 10.5 :slightly_frowning_face:

A friend of mine has Cubase AI and I own Cubase LE.

Is it possible to upgrade my Cubase LE to Cubase AI just in order to be fully compatible with my friend’s projects.
