I recently moved to a new computer and I am trying to install and activate my Cubase AI license, which I originally received bundled with my UR22C USB Audio Interface.
As you can see in the attached screenshot from my MySteinberg account, the Cubase AI license is currently registered under the old Soft-eLicenser system. Since the eLicenser service has been discontinued, I am unable to activate it on my new machine using the Steinberg Download Assistant or Steinberg Activation Manager.
Could you please assist me in migrating or upgrading this old eLicenser-based license to the new Steinberg Licensing system so I can activate and use Cubase AI 11/12/13/14 on my new computer?
