@Ed_Doll Hi, I’ve got Cubase AI 11 (which I cannot use anymore), and I see in Download Assitant that I also have Cubase AI 15 now, but I installed it and it says I don’t have a license. In Activation Manager I can only see my licenses for Taped Vibes and X-Stream. Thanks for your help!

Hi @aviloria , a new Cubase AI (15) license for Steinberg Licensing is registered with your account now. This one will show up in the Steinberg Download Assistant under “My products”.

Hi @Ed_Doll, I have Cubase AI 11, but I can’t reinstall it because of eLicenser. And from what I understand, I’m eligible for Cubase AI 15 but it is not activated. Is it possible to activate it? Thanks a lot!

I received Cubase LE with my Audient audio interface and activated it with a Soft-eLicenser in 2023. I recently reinstalled Windows and no longer have access to the old Soft-eLicenser. The Cubase LE license is still registered in my MySteinberg account.

Could you please help me migrate it to Steinberg Licensing or provide a current Cubase LE license?

I have a Cubase AI 10 license (from my UR242 interface) registered in my My Steinberg account. Since the e L i c e n e r system is shut down, I can no longer activate it on my new computer.

Could you please help me upgrade it to the latest Cubase AI version with Steinberg Licensing?
