Hello @Matthias_Quellmann , I have a CD with Cubase LE 5 that I got when I bought a Alesis interface about 10 years ago. I was using this version of Cubase on my old laptop to but now I have to start using a new one, on windows 11.
I understand that It is possible for me to update this version of cubase to a new one with the same license I have from 10 years ago, Could you please assist me or give me any advice or direction on how to do this? Thank you in advance, Catalina.

I donāt see how they can help if you donāt have access to your original account email. But the advice to call support would be a quick way to make sure.
