I’ve got recently Zoom product with bundled with Cubase LE.
I activated the code right before version 9 released.
Am I eligible to upgrade to version 9?

To be honest, I don’t know if the Grace Period is applied even for Cubase LE derivative. I would be surprised, to be honest. I would recommend you just to try it. Launch eLCC application, and trigger Maintenance.
Fairly sure there is no update path for LE or AI versions…even paid updates are not available.
Purchasing the upgrade to Elements is the only way to get on to an update path as far as I know.
