I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but I got an Audient ID14 recently and wanna download Cubase LE to start recording but whenever I enter the product code I get this error dre-413. I can’t submit a ticket via mysteinberg cause it leads me to a 404 not found page. Anyone know what’s wrong?
Where are you entering the “product code”? Do you mean Download Access Code? If so, you should install the Steinberg Download Assistant and enter it there.
If that doesn’t work, please explain in more detail the steps you have taken.
Dang I feel very goofy now 
I was trying to enter the code on the steinberg id site. which the audient instructions sent me there. Thanks a lot! I didn’t know it had to be in the download assistant.
I have a feeling that some of the hardware manufacturers including the Cubase LE license with their products probably haven’t updated the information required for the new Steinberg licensing.
Anyway, I hope things are working properly for you now and I’m happy I could point you in the right direction
