I’m experiencing the issue in the image attached, I have already followed the instructions in the link provided in my support area without success.
Could you please explain me why I do not have any Steinberg product license with my eLicense code?
I have bought a Presonus FIRESTUDIO 26x26 with Cubase LE4.

Generally speaking, when you get a Cubase LE version included with a purchased device you get a disk with a serial number. To activate it you create a MySteinberg account and register your software using that serial number. After that Steinberg will send you an email with an activation code. Then you install the software and input the code you got in the email.
