Cubase LE5 crash while "initializing SSE Optimized Au...."

Hi,

ive been discussing this topic since i bought my TASCAM US-600 with a bundled Cubase LE5 with a reason that i want the LE5 to work…

So ive done all the licensing procedure and it comes out with no problem… the following quotes will be all my problems:

now i dont know what to do… i’ve done the licensing and it is activated already… im using a Samsung I5-2430M . 2.4GHz. 4GB RAM, Windows 7 64-bit … do u have any idea whats going on??? please help me!!

here’s what i found while i was trying the trashing pref procedure:

alright. im trying to be lucky here if there is a hacker or bug-based solver.

here it is. when i start up my cubase le5, it crashes

the locale id where it crashes is at 1033(more information on my older post)
im saying all this out coz i was running through the "Issues and Solution"pdf
where there was only numbers more than 5 digits, which i bet my crash report is at the very early part of the program running.(its got smething to do with Mediabay)

i noticed dat i only have to folders at my app data which is the “Script” folder and “mediabay” file which is only 44kb

my cubase startup crashes when it is “Initializing SSE Optimized Audio DSP library”

MODERATORS! i hope ure team is reading this coz i realy need help. my country’s(Malaysia) support team stil havent ly my email yet. which is very disappointing too.

here’s my 3rd update about what i found while trying to figure it out…

sadly my product doesnt come with any usb or any other memory devices.

but to my observation i dont think the problem is at the eLicenser actually…
cause there is a time where i try to monitor the running program which the effort goes to

tracking which *.exe is running while it was starting up…
So when i start cubase, the Cubase.exe will start running, then comes SYNCOSOFT.exe .

I believe eLicenser is the SYNCOSOFT.exe which departure and no crash.

The startup continues with Cubase.exe loading up the BAIOS, MIDI, then when it was “Initializing SSE(im tired of saying this word out)” . it APPCRASH… so it couldnt be any problem on the eLicenser, if im not wrong.


UPDATE:
i wrote a report to TASCAM and they replied this problem should be more appropriate to be reported to Steinberg(which i did and still has no response) and then they gave the eLicenser thing again…

Now whats boggling up my head is that: which is the Culprit!!?? Cubase OR eLicenser?!?!?!

I hope some of you guys could help me out here… im not sure which forum should i be discussing this but im reposting it here just in case… thank you
